We have a 15 day return policy. The return window begins on the day the order is fulfilled. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces, with the exception of our Love and Engagement collection and all other rings. We offer one time free shipping for exchanges. Please Note: This is the shipping fee from our head office back to you with your exchanged item.
All items that are engraved are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
Love & Engagement and all the other rings
We offer exchanges for a different size (same metal type and stone) for our Love & Engagement collections pieces (engagement and wedding bands) and all other rings.

Final sale items may not be returned.
Please Note: Gemline monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
All returns must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- Returned products must be delivered to our head office between Mondays through Fridays (9am-5pm) only.
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted. Gemline will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable, should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines.
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Gemline cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
Our return option:
You will send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer. Please Note: Return/s Shipping and handling charges back to our head office are not refundable.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer product exchanges. Instead, you will get the right size fastest if you simply place a new order using the gift card we will be sending via email after your return has been received and processed.
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our head office within the 15 day timeline specified above. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process the refund after getting the information from GEMLINE.
GEMLINE reserves the right to deduct the original shipping fees, assess fees from the refunded amount when applicable, should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines.
